 | The amazingly successful show "Operation Transformation" is back on your screens for the 11th Season. The show is hosted by Kathryn Thomas who is joined by Doctor Ciara Kelly, Dietitian Aoife Hearne, Dr Eddie Murphy Clinical Psychologist and Fitness Expert Karl Henry. Operation Transformation will follow five leaders who are brave enough to let cameras into their homes and lives as they face the battle to loose weight head on. The leaders will also face the ultimate test of fitness, strength and courage with the weekly physical group challenge. Operation Transformation is aired on RTE One Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 8.30pm. This year Karl will be doing live workouts on Facebook, after the show on Tuesdays. |
