As an ambassador for SuperValu's Good Food Karma campaign, Martin was out and about in SuperValu Killester and Blanchardstown, doing cookery demonstrations in the seafood section. Martin is one of Ireland`s leading seafood chefs and his philosophy is ‘Fish is nature’s fast food. It is a gift, not a commodity, and deserves our respect.
