Karen Koster recently stepped out with her boys Finn, two, and 13-month-old JJ to launch La Roche-Posay’s Save Your Skin campaign in partnership with the Irish Cancer Society. The aim of the campaign is to educate all generations about the importance of sun care, particularly the next generation. La Roche Posay have also launched a UV Patch which monitors sun exposure and teaches sun-smart behaviour when used in conjunction with their corresponding app. Skin cancer remains the most common cancer in Ireland with approximately 10,000 cases diagnosed each year, and statistics show that this number is constantly on the rise. |
