Ireland's Fittest Family returned to our screens in January with a great line up of 15-20 families who were put through extreme challenges in different locations around the country, including a ski slope, an Irish bog and steep sand dunes. The teams were coached by Anna Geary and Donncha O'Callaghan, Davy Fitzgerald and Derval O'Rourke.
The families are tested in speed, agility and endurance over the weeks and the culmination of all this hard work is when the final four families will battle it out on "The Mountain" to become "Ireland's Fittest Family".
