Laya Healthcare brought together some of Ireland's leading health and wellbeing experts recently in the form of a virtual festival.
The line-up included celebrity fitness expert, Karl Henry, Clinical Psychologist David Coleman, Motivational Speaker and Sports expert Anna Geary and Mental Wellness Speaker Keith Walsh.
As well as talks delivered by these high profile speakers, there was an interactive element, focusing on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness and some exercise for the children who are at home as well.
