Paul Flynn, chef and owner of The Tannery Restaurant and Cookery School in Dungarvan is renowned for cooking modern Irish food. Paul’s dishes are known and loved for their deep earthy flavours and the menus give nothing away in their simplicity yet the tastes are hugely exciting.
He is a regular on our TV screens on RTÉ’s afternoon show Today . He also took part in The Taste of Success on RTÉ One with Lidl Ireland. In addition he is part of the on screen team for the IFTA nominated series Lords and Ladels also on RTÉ.
