In 2011, after a failed suicide attempt, Greg was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder after years of chronic depression and anxiety. He initially spent 2 years in the traditional Irish mental health system before deciding to investigate alternative or lifestyle methods of managing his mental health. This led him into the world of health and wellness, where he spent the past 10 years researching and experiencing multiple complimentary & alternative treatments.

Through teaching, workshops, mental health conferences, talks and via social media, Greg has discussed his experience and helped others to apply various complimentary lifestyle practices to manage their own mental & physical health.
