Cormac O’hEadhra is an award-winning Radio Broadcaster with RTÉ. Hailing from Connemara in the west of Ireland and raised bilingually, Cormac presents an award-winning show on RTÉ Radió na Gaeltachta called Cormac ag a Cúig. The show is a drivetime current affairs and sports programme focusing on national and international news, with weekly business slots, entertainment updates and panel discussions, all through Irish.

In addition to his show on RTÉ Radió na Gaeltachta, Cormac presents Saturday with Cormac O’hEadhra on RTÉ Radio One. Cormac has presented Drivetime, Today, This Week and The Late Debate. He also sat in the hot seat on the Sean O’Rourke Show.
Cormac brings a well-researched style to his interviews. While conducting complex one to one interviews, Cormac still remains accessible to the interviewee, while maintaining an engaging tone for the listener at home. As such, he has covered major political and social events as well as chairing high profile debates. During the height of the economic crisis Cormac produced and presented an online series for RTÉ called Ambassador which gave a detailed breakdown of how each EU member-state was affected and responded to the financial crisis.
