Aisling is a radio presenter based in Dublin. She currently hosts the breakfast show on SPIN 1038, 'Fully Charged with Emma, Dave and Aisling'. Since taking over the time slot, the show has repeatedly broken its own listenership records and is the second most listened to breakfast show in Dublin. On the show, Aisling is known for her comedy raps and songs, sketches, quick wit and 'punny' motivational segment the 'Bonner's Blessing', which earned her a Bronze award at the IMRO Radio Awards in 2023. The same year she also recieved an IMRO nomination for 'Des Kelly The Musical', which she wrote, directed and starred in as part of her radio show.
Like several Irish broadcasters, Aisling's first foray into radio was as a traffic reporter at AA Roadwatch, where she spent three years warning the nation of loose cows on boreens and breakdowns on motorways. Her reports featured across RTÉ Radio One, TodayFM, RTÉ Lyric FM and RTÉ 2FM where she became known for her daily comedy segment 'Ais Bon in the Calm of Dawn'. This segment caught the attention of TodayFM in 2021, who hired Aisling as Assistant Producer of 'The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show'. There, she spent one year learning from the best in the biz and lending her voice to various characters on Mario Rosenstock's 'Gift Grub'.
Aisling has a keen interest in showbiz and current affairs, appearing as a contributor on 'The Six O'Clock Show', 'The Last Word with Matt Cooper' on TodayFM and 'The Seán Moncrieff Show' on Newstalk.
