Lisa Cannon graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a B.A in Drama and Theatre Studies and a Master's Degree in Film. While at Trinity College she trained on Film and Television sets in Ireland and in the USA, namely the Emmy Award winning show- 'Sex and the City' for HBO, Jerry Bruckheimer's 'King Arthur' and RTE's 'Bachelor's Walk'.
Since then Lisa has Produced and Presented a weekly Entertainment slot for RTE's long running flagship show -'Nationwide' and continued to work as a Broadcaster/ Writer for Television, Radio and Newspapers over the years.
In 2005 Lisa Produced the acclaimed and controversial documentary for Channel 4 and NBC for the 25th anniversary of the death of John Lennon, aptly titled 'I shot John Lennon'.
Lisa is currently a Showbiz Reporter for Ireland's Primetime Entertainment Show, 'Xpose' which is broadcast on TV3, everyday at 6pm and is the Chief 'Movie Critic' for Ireland AM, TV3 ( Ireland's No.1 Breakfast Show).
Lisa for 'Xpose' reports from the most Exclusive Red-Carpet Events, Movie Premieres and Awards, Rock Concerts and Access All Areas Backstage Parties.
When it comes to Entertainment, Lisa has it wrapped up, having interviewed hundreds of the worlds most famous faces- Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce, Bob Geldof and Jerry Seinfeld to name but a few!
Having been a TV Producer and Presenter for many years, Lisa knows the importance of all levels of the Media and aside from 'Xpose' her daily Primetime TV Show she is also a Broadcaster for Dublin's Q102 Radio and Presents 'The Big Saturday Show', a Music and Movies Flagship Show with her Co-host Ray Shah.
