Brenda Donohue is well known for her work with RTE radio and television over the last fifteen years. Brenda spent many years working with 2FM on Gerry Ryan’s daily morning show. Her warm and witty personality was an instant hit with radio listeners and still continues to be.
Brenda has also presented many of her own shows for Radio 1 including ‘The B Side’, ‘The Health Show’, ‘Café Live’ and ‘Going Home’.Brenda has now teamed up with Derek Mooney and is currently working on RTE 1’s afternoon programme.
The programme has been on air less than two years and has already attracted over 50,000 extra listeners to the station and is the fastest growing radio programme in the country.
Brenda appeals to a wide demographic audience covering all age groups and social classes.On television Brenda has presented and devised ‘Get Flirting’ and ‘The House of Love’.
She is also a regular contributor to The Afternoon Show on RTE 1. While not on air or TV, Brenda can be seen hosting her popular Singles Parties and Speed Dating events around the country, over the years has also had the time to perform in the Liberty Theatre pantomime.
Brenda has extensive experience comparing events and corporate functions nationwide.
She has also travelled the country covering business events for blue chip companies and various festivals and charity fundraisers over the last fifteen years. She is married and has 2 children, Ali 8 years and Robyn five years.
