Liz is best known as the enthusiastic, energetic and funny expert presenter on House Hunters and House Hunters in the Sun (RTE1) where she gives advice to house hunting participants both in Ireland and overseas. Both series are in RTE’s top ten highest viewing prime time television programmes.
She is also the property pundit for The Afternoon Show (RTE1), Ireland’s premier day time television programme where she presents a weekly property slot discussing topics from sustainability, architecture, design and the Irish and overseas property markets.
Previously she was the property expert for Ireland AM (TV3) Ireland’s only early morning chat show.
Liz is a property columnist for The Irish Mail on Sunday and previously wrote for the Evening Herald (Independent Newspapers) and the House Hunters in the Sun magazine, telling of her experiences filming with the crew and advising on overseas property.
Liz is regularly featured in House & Home magazine, is a frequent commentator on radio and press and is known for her matter of fact, no nonsense attitude and her way of explaining things in an uncomplicated manner.
Liz is natural, versatile and funny with the talent to adapt to any situation or conversation, ensuring her participants are totally at ease. Liz has a naturally strong broadcast voice – a strong low range and terrific clarity with an age range of 25 – 40. She can produce a strong regional or neutral Irish accent as required as well as producing other nationalities accents.
She also sings and mimics other entertainers while MC’ing if asked! Shortly Liz will be back on screen taking part in the reality, charity driven event of the summer ‘Failte Towers’, (RTE). Liz is a talented MC and has hosted fashion shows, celebrity cookery demos, charity events, property exhibitions, art exhibitions, seminars and Q & A sessions.
